A healing space for vegans, activists, animal rescuers & caregivers through trauma-informed therapeutic coaching

Healing and liberation are intertwined. As we create space for our own pain and growth, we contribute to the collective healing of the world.
About me
Hi, I’m Chelsea (she/her) and I am so glad that you’re here! I am a licensed therapist & certified coach. I also work in animal rescue and run a 501c3 non-profit animal sanctuary with my husband. I have a deep a passion in supporting those who are out there trying to make the world better — for animals, for the planet, & for each other — sometimes at the cost of their own wellbeing. Here, there’s space for all of it: your grief, your hope, your anger, your joy, your exhaustion, & your dreams. A space where you can lay it down, be seen, & begin to heal — without ever having to explain why you care so deeply. I get it. You’re not alone, & you don’t have to navigate this alone.
